PRINCIPAL

Brice brings his expertise in development and acquisition. He has secured land rights for wind, solar, battery storage, transmission and pipeline projects in the United States. These projects exceed 6,000MW in 18 states.

With his vast experience, he offers a unique perspective and approach to the challenges that, at times, seem endless when developing a project. He manages the process from inception through operation or can take on a singular issue that has become a roadblock to a project’s success. Brice is a knowledgeable, forward thinking team member and manager that is committed to workable solutions.

PRINCIPAL

Dave brings considerable expertise in commercial land development and acquisition to 39North’s team. He has developed and permitted over 5,000MW of renewable energy and thermal generation in the U.S. and internationally.

His ability to lead an internal or external development team for our clients has led to the success of multiple projects. Dave’s broad base of knowledge includes work on water, wind, solar, thermal, storage, transmission, oil, and gas projects.

LAND SPECIALIST

Kenny is an experienced Senior Landman professional with a Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) certification and over eighteen years of land exploration and development experience in the oil, gas and renewable energy industry.

With a diverse background in efficiently and proactively managing projects in Wyoming, Texas, Colorado, Utah, Kansas, New Mexico, Montana, and North Dakota, Kenny brings leadership and extensive industry knowledge to clients and landowners.

As both a contractor and in-house landman, Kenny has successfully negotiated and closed numerous sales, purchases, acreage trades, and complex agreements of multi-million-dollar assets.

LAND SPECIALIST

Dillon has grown up in the farming and ranching community, spending the last 15 years building his own ranching operation. During this time, he worked in the field for the oil and gas industry as well as served his community as a fireman for 12 years.

His wide variety of experience and knowledge allows him to personally connect with a multitude of landowners and their representatives within our clients’ projects.

LAND SPECIALIST

Keith has worked his entire life in and around farming and ranching operations in the midwest. He has managed large ranches from Wyoming to southern Kansas. Keith was the lead for land acquisition through lease and land purchase on a large-scale private ranch in Kansas.

Including his work at 39North, he has successfully acquired the rights to over 50,000 acres for ranching and energy development. His extensive knowledge of agriculture allows him to understand and appreciate landowners’ primary business and form working relationships with landowners and their ranch managers to finalize deals.

TITLE MANAGER

Bill has over ten years of experience in title research in the oil, gas, and energy sectors and has worked in seventeen different states and over one hundred and twenty counties.

Bill’s experience and knowledge base allow him to determine complicated leasehold estates and title issues, working with clients and 39North’s Land Specialists to resolve complicated title issues. Bill has managed title workflow and distribution on multiple lease acquisition projects including a twelve-county project that leased over 800,000 net acres in under sixteen months.

Bill manages the workflow between clients, internal title specialists, and external title specialists.

TITLE/LAND SPECIALIST

Tamara has over ten years of experience in the oil, gas, and renewable energy industries securing land rights for clients. Her involvement in various projects includes the acquisition of over 1,000,000 acres of leased properties throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, North Dakota, Colorado, and New Mexico.

Tamara’s experience and flexibility to cover multiple roles, including leasing, title research, acquisition document preparation, and filings, make her a valuable asset to the 39North team.

LAND MANAGER

Lee is an experienced land acquisition professional with over a million acres of acquired leases under his belt from Texas to North Dakota. He manages the acquisition of land by working with landowners and their representatives on purchase options, good neighbor or long-term leases for wind, solar, battery storage, and rights-of-way for 39North. He directs the internal and contract landmen and works with high-profile landowners directly. His agricultural roots and background make him a perfect fit with the majority of landowners in our clients’ projects.

REAL ESTATE MANAGER

After a successful 32-year career as a law office manager and paralegal, Barb brings a vast knowledge base gained from preparing and handling thousands of real estate, business organization, estate planning, probate, civil, and criminal litigation documents.

At 39North, Barb leads the document execution team and coordinates the agreement requests, title searches, map requests, and preparation of a variety of documents for the projects we manage, working with land specialists and the title team to ensure documents are prepared correctly.

LAND SPECIALIST

Danielle brings over twenty-five years of experience in both private and public accounting by providing individuals and businesses with back office accounting solutions, taxation, auditing, and financial compliance services.

Her professional experience and attention to detail enable her to provide key support in the operations of the business as well as to assist with leasing documentation preparation for multiple ongoing projects.
